President Dr. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad stressed on Sunday that there is no obstacle to expansion of Iran's ties with Mexico. He made the remarks in a meeting with Mexico's new ambassador to Tehran, Juan Carlos Tirado Savala.
Dr. Ahmadinejad said: The two nations are interested in boosting all-out bilateral ties, particularly in the area of culture.
Submitting his credentials to the Iranian President, the Mexican envoy expressed his satisfaction with the current level of bilateral cooperation, and called for further promotion of cultural ties.
