Vatican City, (SANA) – Pope Francis reiterated his call for resorting to dialogue and negotiations and respecting justice to put an end to what is taking place in Syria.
During a weekly public assembly at St. Peter Square in Vatican City on Wednesday, Pope Francis said that his thoughts are with the Syrian people, and that their tragedy cannot be resolved except by dialogue and negotiations within the lines of respecting justice and dignity, especially when it comes to the weak and the defenseless.
He called for reaching diplomatic and political solutions for the conflicts that continue to be a cause for concern in the world.
