President Hassan Rouhani in a message felicitated the Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto on the North American country's Independence Day.

In his message, President Rouhani expressed the hope that the relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Mexico would strengthen through the utilization of the existing capacities.
