I just wanted to give you guys an update as to we have so far and what we intending on having, and what we need. Also insha allah we will try to have the list of the day's activities.

Main Dish (Everything is Halal)

1. Ranchera Meat 25lbs
2. Chicken (leg and thigh) 80lbs
3. beef hot dogs 112ct (Purchased)

The ranchera meat and the chicken will be ordered on friday morning and picked up saturday morning.

Additional Items Purchased

1. 2 Montecito Round Corn Tortilla Chips 4lbs
2. 3 Chafer Tray Set (To keep the beans and rice warm)
3. 200 plates, 420 cups, 500 forks, 1080 napkins
4. 1 Drink Bucket (to keep the drink nice and cold)
5. 120 hot dog buns, 3 Ketchup bottles, 1 Mayonnaise , 2 Mustard bottles
6. Beans and Rice (The Cabral/Al Maghribi Family have offered to cook frijoles de la hoya y arroz mexicano)
7. salad (ken godoy)

Items which we intend to have

1. 10 Gallons of Water (with dispenser)
2. 5 Gallons of Jamaica
3. 5 Gallons of Horchata
4. soft drinks (Ruben Morales and Family have pledge their donation)
5. Salsa Verde and Salsa Roja (Doña Simona Ramirez aka Daniel's mom)
6. Indonesian/Dutch Mac and Cheese aka Macaroni Schotel The Ramirez/Lubis Family
7. ION TAILGATE PORTABLE PA SYSTEM $110

Items we need

1. Soft Drinks
2. Relish
3. we need some little bowls to put the salsa into and the chips as well at each table
4. ION TAILGATE PORTABLE PA SYSTEM $110 Brother Ken :P
5. Cash lol

Location update the place that we have chosen seats up approximately 128 people. In chase their are more people who show up we get an additional place in order accommodate the people.

At this point we need some cash donations in order to buy the remaining items or simply purchase them your selve
