Iran's Ambassador to Mexico, Mohammad Hassan Ghadiri Abyaneh said the US report acknowledging civilian nature of Iranian nuclear program is positive.

He said that the US Intelligence Agencies have confessed to the fact that main part of their accusations against Iran over the past several years was untrue.

"Apart from the US purpose of releasing this report, the agencies' confession to those untrue accusations is worthy," Iran's ambassador asserted.

Speaking to IRNA in Mexico City, Ghadiri Abyaneh said that from the beginning Iranian nuclear program has been for civilian purpose and the US national intelligence estimate (NIE) report alleging Iran stopped weapons program in 2003 is unfounded and must be proved.

He said that, so far, by stating that Iran is going to make nuclear arms, US had planned to declare war on Iran. But, the White House seems to shift its war policy by admitting that Iran has no weapons program.

Abyaneh said that it is unlikely that the NIE report has been released without prior notice of the White House.

He said that Iran got clean health bill from International Atomic Energy Agency on November 15 and there were nothing doubtful about Iran's nuclear activities.

Ghadiri Abyaneh asserted: It's legally valuable that the 16 US Security Agencies have confessed that Iran is not going to make any nuclear weapon.
